Greetings, Prospective Vendor,

The Promotions, Marketing and Consulting Team of the Milwaukee Natural Hair Care Expo are excited to have you and your company, represent, participate, and market your business in our 2011 Milwaukee Natural Hair Care Expo, "Health Is Wealth"! This year we will be taking our attendees / patrons on a fun-filled journey full of entertainment, education regarding Health & Wellness, proper care and maintenance of Natural Hair, cultural and ethnic exchange in vendors marketing food, clothing, jewelry (for hair and body), and a variety of other holistic services to cater to the community abroad and in our local area.

We have attached our Vendor Application for your review, signature, and records. Please submit via mail, or in person

Again, we thank you and your team for selecting to be a very special part of this event in providing your merchandise and services. Exodus II will be a memorable event for all attendees. Please contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or need additional information.

RULES:

2. Sign In at the Vendor Table. You will receive a Vendor’s Packet upon check-in / signing in.
3. Vending spaces are for 1 day, June 23
4. Two staff maximum per Vendor. Two passes (admission wristbands) will be given for each vendor. Additional wristbands for staff can be purchased for half price. Any additional bands to purchase are at the expense of the Vendor.
5. All exhibitors must wear wristbands
6. Booths (8’x8’) include polling with draping, one (1) table, Two (2) chairs, and one (1) waste basket. No wall displays are permitted for the MMAS
7. All payments are due prior to the event, and adhere to all deadline dates.
8. Load in and set-up between 8 a.m. – 10 am on Sunday. Load in must be completed promptly at 10 a.m
9. Break-down promptly at 7 p.m. Sunday night.
